Role & responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to A3, filling machines, HACCP, GMP, ISO standards, preventive maintenance, and breakdowns. Provide technical support for machine operating and maintenance engineering on beverage production lines. Implement downtime reduction strategies to minimize equipment failures and optimize productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with FMCG industry regulations and standards. Conduct regular inspections of machinery to identify potential problems before they become major issues. Preferred candidate profile 8-10 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG/beverage industry. Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in relevant field (e.g., Chemical, Electrical). Strong understanding of tetra packaging technology and juice processing operations. Proficiency in carbonated water treatment processes and pet bottling systems. Perform preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and optimize machine performance. Troubleshoot issues with machinery and resolve problems efficiently. Maintain accurate records of production runs, quality control checks, and maintenance activities. Record production data downtime, and machine performance in the logbook or system. Ensure packaging materials ( caps,straws, cartons) are available and correctly loaded. Collaborated with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues quickly. Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. Preferred candidate profile 5-10 years of experience in operating Tetra Pak machines or similar beverage processing equipment. Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in relevant field (e.g., Chemical Engineering). Strong understanding of GMP guidelines and ISO standards for food safety protocols.
