We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Lead Web Designer to join our growing team at BrontoBoost. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and developing websites using WooCommerce, Shopify, and WordPress with Hostinger. They should be proficient in HTML, CSS, and able to create visually appealing, user-friendly, SEO-optimized sites. This role requires someone who understands the specific needs of a digital marketing agency, from branding to web page performance. Key Responsibilities: Website Design & Development: Design, develop, and maintain SEO-optimized websites and landing pages using WooCommerce, Shopify, and WordPress. Ensure all designs are mobile-responsive, fast-loading, and optimized for SEO best practices. Work with Hostinger and other web hosting services for site deployment and maintenance. Visual and UX Design: Craft aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly web designs, focusing on user experience (UX) principles. Conduct usability tests and implement feedback to enhance site navigation and layout. SEO Optimization: Implement SEO-friendly design elements, including metadata, alt tags, header tags, and mobile optimization. Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure design and development align with SEO strategies. Front-End Development: Write clean, modular, and reusable HTML and CSS code. Integrate designs into content management systems (CMS) and ensure functionality and compatibility across multiple devices and browsers. Collaboration with Marketing and Content Teams: Work closely with the digital marketing team to design visually cohesive campaigns and landing pages that align with branding and marketing goals. Support content and social media teams with design elements for blog posts, social posts, and email newsletters. Quality Assurance and Troubleshooting: Regularly monitor site performance, troubleshoot design issues, and ensure all pages are optimized for speed and usability. Perform cross-browser testing and address any rendering issues to ensure consistency across platforms. Other Responsibilities: Stay updated with the latest web design trends, plugins, and tools, ensuring designs align with current industry standards. Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices for web design and development. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 3 years in web design, specifically for WooCommerce, Shopify, and WordPress platforms. Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and familiarity with SEO principles and implementation. Design Software: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or similar design tools. Hosting Knowledge: Experience with Hostinger and other hosting services for managing website backends and deployment. Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your experience in web design, especially with e-commerce websites and SEO-optimized designs. Preferred Skills: Additional Languages : Knowledge of JavaScript or PHP is a plus. Project Management : Familiarity with tools like Asana, Trello, or JIRA for managing design tasks and collaboration. Attention to Detail : Ability to ensure pixel-perfect design implementation, especially for client-facing projects.
