NIIT is looking for Hosting Expert role. A Hosting expert is the single point of contact for facilitating Virtual Training Sessions with /facilitator/faculty for a defined virtual training program or invigilation sessions. He/She would be responsible for hosting and scheduling arrangements for delivery of virtual training programs, virtual events and workshops, invigilation sessions including all technical support. He/She is required to manage and coordinate multiple tasks and detailed activities in a time-intensive work environment. Job Responsibilities Following up/Connecting with internal stakeholders to ensure know how of the training session and completeness of all pre-work activities. Provide support / help for virtual training events. Managing attendance list for programs. Ensure virtual training event activities are performed as per the Event Readiness Process/System. Communicate with instructors/faculties using both written and spoken correspondence. Coordinate and block Instructors/faculties dates & timing in lines with the training and workshop calendars. Monitor completion of training activities such as Pre-work, Certificates. Update Wiki/SharePoint/Global Website/Sharepoint/MS Teams Workspace or client required site.
