Eligibility Criteria:

Any Graduate

Experience:

At least 10 years of experience in same field with at least 5 years in supervisory role.

Skills:

Ability to lead and supervise multiple wardens, housekeeping, security, canteen personnel.
Strong focus on student well-being, safety, and discipline within hostel premises with ability to document student attendance, incidents, maintenance issues, and submit timely reports.
Skilled in handling student grievances, disputes, and emergency situations calmly and effectively.
Clear and professional communication with students, staff, parents, and administrative departments.
Maintains fairness and firmness while enforcing hostel rules and policies.
Understands diverse student backgrounds and promotes an inclusive hostel environment.
Knowledge of hostel safety protocols, fire drills, medical emergency response, and visitor control.
