Key Responsibilities: Maintain discipline and order in the hostel premises. Ensure safety, health, hygiene, and emotional well-being of students. Supervise daily routines wake-up, study hours, meals, and lights-out. Act as a mentor and provide pastoral care to students. Maintain attendance and movement registers. Handle emergencies and coordinate with parents or medical staff as needed. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for cleanliness and infrastructure upkeep.
