About the Role:
We are seeking dedicated and responsible individuals to join our team as junior Hostel Admin. The role of a Female Hostel Warden within an "institution" specifically for a girls' hostel carries responsibilities tailored to the age group and the specific aims of the institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor the daily activities of students in the hostel.
• Ensure the students adhere to hostel rules and maintain discipline.
• Assist in planning and organizing extracurricular activities and events for students.
• Serve as a mentor, helping students with personal development and emotional support.
• Maintain regular communication with the school management and parents regarding students' progress.
• Help with hostel administration, such as attendance tracking, room allotments, and maintaining records.
• Coordinate with kitchen and housekeeping staff to ensure students receive proper meals and that hostel cleanliness is maintained.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification is HigherSecondary or Higher
• Minimum age above 40 plus only
• Prior experience in residential student care is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• A compassionate and caring attitude towards student development.
