You are a dynamic and results-driven VoIP Sales Executive / Business Development Executive with 1-5 years of relevant experience in VoIP / Telecom sales preferred. Your primary responsibility is to drive sales and expand business in the telecom sector by selling VoIP, SIP Trunks, Hosted PBX, and other telecom solutions to global clients. Your key responsibilities include identifying and generating leads for VoIP, SIP Trunking, and Hosted PBX solutions, developing and maintaining strong relationships with wholesale and retail VoIP carriers, resellers, and enterprise clients, managing end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closing deals, negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with customers and partners, coordinating with technical teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery, staying updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in the telecom and VoIP industry, and achieving sales targets to contribute to overall business growth. To qualify for this role, you need to have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, or a related field, along with 1-5 years of experience in VoIP / Telecom sales or business development. You should possess a strong knowledge of VoIP services, SIP trunking, Hosted PBX, and telecom solutions, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, the ability to generate leads and close deals independently, and proficiency in CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and MS Office.
