Hospital Staff

As a part of this role, you will be responsible for arranging extra value-added services to strengthen and build hospital networks. Your key responsibilities will include providing helpline facilities for customer queries, ensuring smooth and speedy processing of claims, and issuance of health cards to the insured. Additionally, you will be managing the hospital's relationship with insurance companies and their third-party administrators to facilitate seamless processing of claims and reimbursements. This will involve coordinating admissions and discharges, handling TPA portals and documentation, managing billing and invoicing, and acting as a liaison for patients and insurance providers to resolve claim-related issues.
