Hospital Operations Executive

Job Description:
We are hiring a Hospital Operations Executive to oversee and support daily hospital operations in Piduguralla. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in hospital administration, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support day-to-day hospital operations
• Coordinate with clinical, non-clinical, and administrative teams
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies and quality standards
• Manage patient flow, facility upkeep, and service delivery
• Monitor and report operational performance and address issues proactively
• Support inventory, billing, staffing, and compliance functions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in hospital operations or administration
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and hospital workflows
