Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping personnel.
Conduct inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained across all hospital areas including patient rooms, operating rooms, public areas, and administrative offices.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, OSHA regulations, and infection control standards.
Train new and existing housekeeping staff on proper cleaning procedures, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
Maintain schedules and delegate tasks to staff to ensure adequate coverage.
Monitor inventory and order cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.
Respond promptly to housekeeping-related requests or complaints from hospital departments.
Collaborate with nursing and maintenance departments to ensure a seamless service environment.
Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, performance, and cleaning logs.
Support implementation of quality improvement initiatives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
