HOSPITAL FRONT OFFICE EXECUTIVE CUM INSURANCE PROCESS

NOTE:

Shift time: 8am to 4am. Only female candidates.

Responsibilities:

· Empaneling the hospitals in the network, solving the Grievances for the hospitals and co-ordinate with the TPA and specialist doctor to solve packages and procedure issues.

· Processing to include the hospital into provider list, verifying the hospital Tariffs and submit to TPA or Insurance company, do analysis for the final selection with the TPA and specialist doctor.

· To request the new package tariff and co-ordinate with TPA

· To attend the patient and verify the insurance documents, fill the Preauth form and submit to concern TPA (or) Insurance companies and get approval.

· Any related Queries during admission time and coordinating with the specialist doctor and solve the grievances.

· Explaining the insurance details and do the final discharge process and get the Enhancement approval.

· Cashless payment handling, Reimbursement process co-ordinate with concern patient or TPA and solve the grievances.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
