Job Description

Role Overview: As a receptionist, you will be responsible for attending all telephone calls with proper telephone etiquettes. Your role will involve timely communication regarding doctors' non-availability to all concerned departments. You will also be fixing appointments over the telephone, online, or for walk-ins and managing the flow of patients coming in for consultations. It is crucial to ensure accurate communication between the patient and the treating doctor. Additionally, part of your responsibilities will include maintaining personnel cover at the reception counter at all times.
