job description
We are looking for smart, energetic and experienced faculty for Hospital Administration classes. Must have good knowledge about Hospital operations (Functions, Service, Laws etc..) & management and responsible for teaching, mentoring and guiding students enrolled in postgraduate and diploma-level programs in hospital administration. •
Responsibilities
Ability to adapt teaching methods to a variety of learning styles.
A proactive approach to curriculum development and research.
Experience in training / program management role, preferably technical training : (classroom training, virtual training and courseware development)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong presentation and decision-making skills
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with PG/Diploma in Hospital Administration certificate OR Bachelor’s degree/Master degree in Healthcare Administration or a related fields.
Proven experience in hospital administration, management, or a related area, with at least 1 years in a training or educational capacity.
Strong understanding of healthcare policies, regulations, and operational procedures.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
