As a professional horticulturist at Reliance, your role involves managing landscape, interior and outdoor plants, nursery, floriculture, and other horticultural maintenance as per site requirements. Your key responsibilities include: - Managing overall horticulture services at the site - Developing and monitoring departmental structure and responsibilities to achieve short-term and long-term goals - Establishing and maintaining high horticultural standards and practices - Providing direction, training, and motivation for the horticultural staff - Actively participating in daily horticultural tasks in exterior gardens and greenhouses - Managing and supporting plant health and soil nutrition strategies - Establishing and overseeing a systematic plant records policy - Managing department budgets, budget monitoring, and strategic planning - Working as part of a cross-departmental team - Ensuring landscape maintenance services are carried out throughout the year - Implementing effective water management measures - Overseeing seasonal plants plantation and aftercare - Controlling ornamental plant and turf management - Managing garden waste disposal effectively You are required to have a Master's degree in horticulture or agriculture field and a minimum of 10-15 years of experience as a professional horticulturist.
