Role & responsibilities 1. Consultant Management - Assist the Design Head in establishing criteria for selecting landscape consultants, based on expertise and project requirements. Float RFP along with the design brief document for inviting quotes from consultants. Prepare technical evaluation reports and comparative analyses of consultant proposals, conduct negotiations, and obtain sign-off and approval from relevant stakeholders for consultant appointments. Monitor and assess consultant performance and take appropriate actions for underperforming consultants with approval from the Design Head. Innovation and Efficiency Enhancement - Implement standardization initiatives across design processes and practices to ensure consistency and efficiency in project execution.
