We are looking for an experienced and detail-driven Senior Manager – Export Supply Chain to manage our end-to-end international logistics and export operations. Key Responsibilities: Export Operations Management: Oversee the entire export cycle – from order confirmation to final delivery – including coordination with suppliers, transporters, CHA, and shipping lines. Shipping & Documentation: Ensure timely and accurate preparation and verification of all export documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, COO, SDS, COA, etc.) in compliance with international trade regulations. Logistics Coordination: Plan and coordinate shipping schedules, optimize freight costs, and manage negotiations with freight forwarders and carriers for sea, air, and land shipments. Customs & Compliance: Ensure smooth customs clearance, handle DGFT and EPC procedures, manage Letter of Undertaking (LUT), and ensure compliance with EXIM policies. Vendor & CHA Management: Liaise with clearing agents, transporters, third-party warehouses, and packaging partners for smooth execution of shipments. Client Communication: Provide shipment updates to overseas clients, resolve logistics queries proactively, and ensure customer satisfaction through timely delivery. Cost Optimization: Monitor freight costs, packaging efficiencies, and documentation accuracy to reduce overheads and avoid demurrage or delays. Inventory Coordination: Track stock levels, coordinate with the procurement team, and ensure readiness of goods for dispatch as per export schedules. Export Documentation Filing: Maintain and organize shipping files for audit and refund purposes (GST, duty drawback, RoDTEP, etc.) Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or a related field 7–12 years of experience in chemical exports/logistics Deep knowledge of export regulations, Incoterms, customs documentation, and DGFT procedures Strong command of English (written and verbal) Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and shipping portals (ICEGATE, DGFT, etc.) Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills Experience in handling bulk packaging, international documentation, and multi-country exports Why Join Us?
