Would have given it 5 stars but for for my horrifying experience on 22nd Jan when I took my 87 year old mom with me and she happened to vomit out and on taking her to the washroom at 11.00 pm I realise that there are no tissues or anything with which to clean her... that was a bad experience not expected at one Horizon
