Participate in a cross-functional team, including product managers, clinical and software engineers, and UX designers, to deliver high-impact solutions. Oversee the identity lifecycle using Azure AD Connect or Entra ID, ensuring seamless integration between on-premises Active Directory and Azure AD (including ADFS where applicable). Configure secure application registrations leveraging OAuth2/OpenID protocols. Support B2B/B2C identity setups as well as Microsoft 365 services such as Intune, Exchange Online, and Teams.
