The candidate must apply basic knowledge of engineering principles to design products such as equipment controls, instruments, and PLC Controls, Plant Automation, etc. Provide engineering support for senior personnel and manufacturing. Instrumentation engineer provides technical assistance on the design review and installation of instrumentation and control systems including datasheets, control valve datasheets, instrumentation indexes etc. Supports other Project Engineers by serving as an instrumentation technical resource in all phases of projects Trouble-shooting, testing instrumentation, and problem solving both in plant and onsite. Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Develop and review detailed I&C design drawings using AVEVA E3D: Instrument Location Layouts Cable Routing Layouts Control Room Equipment Layouts Junction Box and Marshalling Panel Locations Hook-up Details. Prepare instrument wiring drawings, loop diagrams, interconnection details. Generate and update Instrument Index, I/O List, and Cable Schedules in coordination with SPI/INTOOLS. Model instrumentation items, cable trays, JB panels, and supports in 3D environment. Participate in 3D model reviews (30%, 60%, 90%) and resolve clashes. Interpret P&IDs and apply updates in the E3D environment. Incorporate vendor data into E3D model and update design accordingly. Ensure compliance with project specifications, IEC/ISA standards, and client requirements. Prepare MTOs and support procurement and construction teams. Mentor junior designers and provide technical guidance. Support lead I&C engineer with progress tracking, reporting, and design issue resolution. Preferred candidate profile Diploma/ITI in Instrumentation / Electrical Engineering (or equivalent technical education). Minimum15years of experience in I&C design in Oil & Gas EPC projects. Minimum 5+years hands-on experience in AVEVA E3D instrumentation modeling.

Hook-up & Commissioning Engineer Offshore Oil & Gas Experience Required: 5–10 years Location: Offshore / Project Site Employment Type: [Full-time / Contract] Industry: Oil & Gas / Energy / EPC Key Responsibilities Project Execution Lead and coordinate hook-up and commissioning activities for offshore installations. Prepare and execute detailed work packs, commissioning procedures, and execution plans. Supervise pre-commissioning and commissioning tasks across mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems. Team Coordination Interface with PMT, client representatives, and multidisciplinary teams. Ensure readiness of materials, tools, labor, and equipment for offshore campaigns. Oversee vessel operations including jack-ups, workboats, and support vessels. Safety & Compliance Ensure all activities comply with HSE standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.
