As a Senior Proposal Manager specializing in Electrical & Instrumentation, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Electrical & Instrumentation cum Automation systems associated with Clean water/Wastewater projects. With over 10 years of experience in the field, you will bring a strong functional knowledge in System Study including Short circuit, Load Flow, Motor Start-up, Transient stability, Arc Flash, and Insulation co-ordination. Your expertise will include hands-on experience in Relay co-ordination and settings, proficiency in software tools like ETAP, DiaLux, Autogrid, and Autocad, as well as E&I system commissioning experience. Your role will involve preparing Electrical Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on optimal design, creating I/O lists, Instrumentation schedules, Cable schedules, and Hookup diagrams for Instrumentation systems. You will be responsible for designing and costing various E&I equipment such as Transformers, Diesel Generators, HT/LT switchgear, Battery systems, Cables, and Automation systems used in Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) projects during the bid stage. Additionally, you will maintain continuous communication with vendors to secure optimized commercial offers and conduct site visits to project locations before Pre-bid meetings to assess geographical conditions, potential challenges, and work execution requirements. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience. Your expertise should encompass Electrical equipment design and Instrumentation cum Automation system design, along with a good understanding of Indian (IS) and International Standards (IEC, IEEE). Proficiency in software tools like ETAP, DiaLux, Autogrid, and Autocad is essential, along with strong data manipulation skills, particularly in MS Excel.
