Key Responsibilities: · Responsible for providing consulting/supporting to project team for end-to-end design & delivery of MxP Solution for Giga Factory and other customers. · Act as a techno functional expert for various projects and should be able to lead the discussion/resolve customer queries. · Analyze business requirements for the giga factory, translating them into blueprints / technical specifications including solution recommendation with existing product using domain knowledge to bring more value from Honeywell Tools · Conduct blueprint workshop with Client SME’s and lead the discussion for blueprint finalization. · Support POC’s by Identifying areas for process improvement and efficiency gains within the giga factory by leveraging Honyewell MxP / ERP capabilities. · Responsible to provide expertise software solution in designing, implementing, and optimizing the technology infrastructure for small / medium / large-scale battery production facilities for complex processes, ensure smooth operations, and maximize efficiency within these high-tech manufacturing plants (Order to Cash, Genealogy). Such as Complex Infrastructure, Integration with ERP, SCADA, 3rd Party MES, etc., · Responsible for designing and implementing robust cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data and operations for giga factory solutions and comply with relevant industry regulations and cybersecurity standards. · Design and define methodologies to measure customer site KPI’s, value capture, etc., Key Skills: · Must have a hands-on coding web service client and should be familiar with services created using Java / .Net framework. · Proficient with Asp.Net,.Net Core, C#, VB.Net, WCF, SQL, Oracle Server and relational database concepts. · Excellent Expertise in SQL and able to optimize SQL View/Stored procedure, can independently mine data to translate Business data needs into creative visualizations · Good understanding of tools used for Version control systems and continuous integration tools. · Familiar with concept of interfacing with SAP, Maximo, other 3rd party business system, and business application. · Good to have previous experience in any third party gigafactory applications and openness to work in the Honeywell Proprietary technology. · Openness to study / Learn Proprietary Language, new technologies on demand through websites and implement the same as per the project requirement. · Good to have experience in Java scripting framework (Angular, React). · Strong analytical, troubleshooting & and problem-solving skills, quality oriented, logical & thorough. Experience: 15 years’ experience in designing and implementing in-house ERP / MES (Manufacturing Execution System) in Manufacturing domain like, Giga Factory, Aluminium, Paper and Pulp industry, Steel etc., and major experience in roles as techno functional expert for Giga factory.
