*Role Summary:*

We seek a seasoned Homeopathic Doctor with extensive knowledge of surgical principles and procedures. The incumbent will lead clinical decision‑making, oversee patient treatment plans that may involve pre‑ and post‑operative homeopathic care, and collaborate with surgical teams to ensure holistic management of cases.

*Key Responsibilities*

- Conduct thorough patient assessments, incorporating homeopathic evaluation and surgical risk analysis.

- Develop and implement integrated treatment protocols that include homeopathic remedies alongside surgical interventions.

- Provide pre‑operative optimization using homeopathic medicines to enhance patient resilience and post‑operative recovery.

- Deliver post‑operative homeopathic care to reduce complications, manage pain, and accelerate healing.

- Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences, offering expert insight on the impact of homeopathy in surgical pathways.

- Mentor junior homeopathic practitioners and medical students on the integration of homeopathy with surgical practice.

- Stay current with emerging research in homeopathy, surgery, and integrative medicine; contribute to clinical guidelines as needed.

*Required Qualifications*

- MD (Homeopathy) or equivalent recognized degree; additional certification in surgical anatomy or a related field is highly desirable.

- Minimum 6  years of clinical experience in homeopathy, with at least 2 years involving patients undergoing surgical procedures.

- Demonstrated ability to apply homeopathic principles in peri‑operative settings.

- Strong understanding of aseptic techniques, surgical indications, and post‑operative care pathways.

- Valid registration with the relevant national homeopathic council and a current medical license.

*Preferred Skills*

- Excellent communication and collaborative skills, with a track record of effective liaison with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff.

- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and tele‑health platforms.

- Research experience or publications in integrative medicine.

- Energetic, compassionate, and capable of leading by example in a fast‑paced clinical environment.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
