Job Description: We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Sr.Sales Executives to join our expanding team. As a sales associate, you will be responsible for converting leads, conducting site visits, and closing deals across our partnered projects in Pune. Key Responsibilities: Generate and follow up on leads through calls, walk-ins, and referrals Schedule and conduct site visits with clients Provide complete information on projects, pricing, and offers Coordinate with developers and internal CRM teams for smooth sales process Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain strong relationships with clients and offer post-sales assistance Report daily updates to team leader/manager Candidate Requirements: 1-4 years of experience in real estate or direct sales Strong communication and negotiation skills Must have good knowledge of Pune's real estate market (West/East preferred) Self-motivated and performance-oriented Own two-wheeler with valid license is mandatory
