Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic E-commerce Manager with accounting knowledge to lead our online sales operations. This role combines digital marketing, operations management, and accounting expertise to ensure smooth e-commerce execution, accurate financial reporting, and cost-efficient growth. --- Key Responsibilities: E-commerce Operations - Manage & create product listings, Process Orders, Manage Returns, Filing Claims, Creating & Managing Ads, Creating Promotions & Offers, on marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Jiomart etc.) - Manage & Create Listings, Prpcess Order, Manage Return, Crearing Offers & Promotions of our own brand website on Wordpress - Do Reconcillation of Ecommerce & our own website. - Managing Reviews, Ratings & Feesbacks. - Collaborate with logistics, customer service, and warehouse teams for smooth order processing. Performance & Marketing - Analyze e-commerce KPIs: sales performance, traffic, conversion rate, CAC, ROI, ROAS. - Coordinate digital marketing campaigns (Meta/Google Ads) to drive traffic and sales. - Plan and execute seasonal promotions, festive campaigns, and product launches. Accounting & Financial Oversight - Reconcile e-commerce sales and returns with accounting records. - Manage marketplace fees, commissions, and advertising spend reconciliation. - Track GST input/output, prepare sales reports, and assist with tax filing requirements. - Monitor cash flow from online channels and coordinate with the finance team. - Prepare profitability analysis, contribution margins, and pricing recommendations. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum Bachelor’s degree - 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce. - Hands-on experience with marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and/or Shopify, Wordpress. - Proficient in Word, Excel/Google Sheets, especially for data analysis and reporting. - Problem Solving Skills --- Preferred Skills (Good to Have): - Experience with advertising platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads etc. - Knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software will be more prefered. - Good knowledge of designing Graphics, Banners from Canva or any software. - Good knowledge of doing photo shoot & video shoot of product. - Good knowledge of doing product video editing. - Making the Product Reels, Stories & posting them on social media. - Understanding of B2B platforms (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Alibaba, GEMS etc.). - Familiarity with inventory and warehouse management software. - Knowledge of payment gateways and payment reconciliation software like OMS. - Knowledgebof ChatGpt or any AI tool. --- Benefits: - Competitive salary with performance bonuses. - Learning opportunities across digital, operations, and finance. - Growth opportunity in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
