Position: Grade1 and 2 Homeroom Teacher

Location: Blossoms International School, chandanagar and nallagandla branch, hyderabad.

Responsibilities:

• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and personal growth.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
• Provide individualized support to students to ensure academic progress and emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support student success.
• Monitor and assess student progress through various evaluation methods.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field (Master's degree preferred).
• State teaching certification or equivalent credentials.
• Proven experience teaching elementary-level students, preferably Grade 1and 2(freshers are also encouraged).
• Strong understanding of child development and pedagogical principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
