Home Nursing Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate home nursing staff
• Ensure quality of patient care and clinical compliance
• Schedule nursing shifts and manage staff allocation
• Conduct home visits to evaluate nursing services
• Train and mentor new nursing staff
• Address client concerns and maintain patient satisfaction
• Maintain documentation and reports as per standards
• B.Sc Nursing or GNM with valid registration
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or senior nursing role
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel for home visits (Two-wheeler preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge

Pay: ₹36,500.00 - ₹57,750.00 per month
