Home Loan Sales (Cluster Head)

As a Cluster Head at NoBroker Technologies for the Homeloans External Sourcing division, you will be responsible for driving and managing loan solutions within the builder segment. Your key responsibilities will include team management for the External Homeloan sourcing vertical across the geography, onboarding new partners to establish external home loan sourcing business, and leading a team of Key Account Managers to ensure a smooth flow of leads from accounts. You will also be accountable for managing and supervising the entire process from loan application to disbursement of Homeloan files, ensuring minimum Turn Around Time (TAT) and maximum customer conversion. Reporting to the Assistant General Manager (AGM) of the division and subsequently to the vertical head, you will collaborate with channel partners, builders, and connectors to generate leads. Your strategic interventions in process improvement, coupled with your leadership capabilities and comprehensive understanding of the loan process, will be crucial in this role. You will be responsible for creating and tracking team targets, designing fulfillment structures for team members, and ensuring daily productivity from the team.
