As the Marketing Manager for Modular Kitchens, Modular Wardrobes, and Home Automation Products, you will play a pivotal role in driving the marketing strategy and promoting our products to target audiences. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales growth. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the senior management team to develop a strategic marketing plan aligned with business objectives. Identify target market segments, competitive landscape, and key messaging strategies.
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events. Develop creative assets, such as advertisements, brochures, videos, and website content.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website optimization, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media management. Monitor campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
- Content Creation: Create compelling content to engage target audiences and educate them about the benefits of our products. Develop product descriptions, blog posts, case studies, and multimedia content to showcase our offerings.
- Lead Generation: Implement lead generation strategies to capture and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective lead management and conversion.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights. Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints. Develop brand guidelines and standards to maintain a strong and cohesive brand identity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with business goals and customer needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
