Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assign accurate medical codes (ICD-10, OASIS) to patient records in Home Health settings.
Ensure compliance with CMS guidelines and internal QA standards.
Review and analyze clinical documentation for coding accuracy.
Collaborate with QA teams and other departments to resolve coding queries.
Maintain high accuracy levels and meet productivity targets.

Required Qualifications:

Certifications such as CPC, CCS, HCS-D, or similar preferred.
Strong knowledge of ICD-10, OASIS guidelines, and CMS rules.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
A reliable internet connection and suitable remote work environment.
