Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Staff Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring comfort, safety, and adherence to clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients at their residence.
• Administer medications, injections, wound care, and other nursing procedures as per physician orders.
• Monitor and document patients’ vitals, symptoms, and progress regularly.
• Educate patients and family members on health management and care plans.
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure timely reporting of any changes in patient condition.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and comply with home care protocols.

Requirements:

• GNM / BSc Nursing qualification.
• Valid Nursing Council Registration.
• Minimum 1–3 years of nursing experience (home care experience preferred).
• Ability to work independently and manage home visits efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centric, and committed to quality care.
