Home Care RMO

Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified RMO to provide medical supervision and care for patients under home healthcare services. The RMO will guide nursing staff, monitor patient health, manage emergencies, and ensure adherence to clinical protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate home-based patient care.
• Conduct routine patient assessments and follow-ups.
• Guide nursing staff and caregivers on treatment plans.
• Manage emergencies and coordinate hospital referrals.
• Maintain accurate medical records.

Qualifications:

• BHMS/ BAMS with valid registration.
• 1–3 years of clinical or home care experience.

Skills:

• Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and attentive to detail.
