As a Home Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing basic personal care and daily living support to patients in their homes. Your role will involve assisting patients with personal hygiene tasks, supporting their mobility, ensuring they take meals and medications as scheduled, monitoring their condition, providing companionship, maintaining cleanliness, following safety protocols, and accompanying them to medical appointments if needed. Key Responsibilities: - Assist patients with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting - Support patients with mobility, helping them move around safely within the home - Assist with feeding and ensuring patients take their meals and medications as scheduled - Monitor and report any changes in the patient's condition to the supervisor - Provide companionship and emotional support - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the patient's immediate surroundings - Follow safety protocols and infection control practices - Accompany patients to medical appointments if needed Qualifications and Skills: - Completed basic education (minimum 10th standard or equivalent) - Prior experience in caregiving (preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided) - Ability to communicate clearly and patiently - Empathy, compassion, and a service-oriented mindset - Physically fit and capable of handling patient-related tasks - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or night shifts if needed In addition to the job description, the company offers benefits such as training and skill development programs, provided uniform and ID, a supportive team environment, opportunity for growth within the healthcare sector, competitive salary, and incentives.
