You will be responsible for the Channel Sales Manager role in Agency Motor, Commercial Line, Health, or HOM (multi-product) lines of business within the North Zone including UP, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Bihar, Haryana, Punjab, J&K, Delhi/NCR, Himachal Pradesh, and Chandigarh. Reporting to the Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager, you should have 1 to 4 years of experience in the field. Your main role will involve ensuring the achievement of business targets for the organization by developing all Agency Lines of Business (LOBs) such as GWP, Health, IPA, and CL to new benchmarks. It is crucial to maintain the Combined Operating Ratio (COR) while implementing hygienic business practices. Your responsibilities will also include driving recruitment and activation of agents and motivating them through various activities like monthly meets, engagement activities, training programs, knowledge sharing, awards & rewards, and feedback programs to align with organizational goals. Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities: - Recruit and appoint producers/agents for General Insurance business - Manage the daily activities of producers/agents to maintain a strong business pipeline - Coach and guide producers/agents to cross-sell and grow their business, ensuring individual growth Year on Year - Support and guide producers/agents in all activities related to policy issuance, servicing, and claims - Conduct training sessions for producers/agents on products, processes, and unique selling points (USPs) of the Company Your dedication to driving the market in line with organizational priorities and your ability to motivate agents will play a key role in the success of the organization.,
