We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will handle price negotiations, product specifications, and ensure seamless coordination between departments. Role & responsibilities: Coordination Support : Assist in preparing and managing product documents, proposals, pricing details, and specifications for clients. Client Interaction : Handle client inquiries related to product specifications, pricing, and post-sales support, ensuring a positive and professional relationship. Order Management : Oversee and track product orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Performance Reporting : Maintain product and pricing records, and generate regular reports on performance metrics, product availability, and pricing trends. CRM Management : Ensure customer information is accurately recorded and updated in the CRM system for seamless internal and external communication. Product Coordination : Collaborate with the product and technical teams to provide accurate product details and ensure clients' needs are met. Logistics Coordination : Liaise with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery schedules. Finance Liaison : Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate pricing, invoicing, and payment tracking, and to support credit management procedures. Preferred candidate profile: Education : Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in Business, Commerce, or related disciplines). Experience : Freshers to 2 years of experience in a coordination role, handling pricing negotiations, product inquiries, or similar tasks. Technical Skills : Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams. Strong focus on detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
