The ideal candidate will possess 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in designing for AR/VR environments, a proven track record of launching successful XR products, solid knowledge of UI/UX design principles for immersive experiences, proficiency in design tools like Figma and 3D modeling tools, experience with prototyping tools for AR/VR such as Unity, Unreal Engine, or similar, familiarity with HoloLens, Oculus, or similar AR/VR hardware, the ability to conceptualize 3D environments and interactive designs, a strong portfolio showcasing AR/VR projects and immersive experiences, the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, excellent communication skills, and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
