Job Title : Google Ads and SEO Specialist Company : Hollilander Study Abroad Consultancy Location : Kottayam (Onsite) Employment Type : Full-time Job Summary Hollilander Study Abroad Consultancy is seeking an experienced Google Ads and SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to enhance online presence and generate leads. This role is critical to driving our mission of helping students achieve their study abroad dreams by effectively reaching our target audience. Key Responsibilities Google Ads Management Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive quality leads. Optimize campaigns for performance, including bidding strategies, keyword selection, ad copy, and landing pages. Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI. Perform A/B testing to refine ad creatives and targeting strategies. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Conduct comprehensive keyword research and develop SEO strategies to increase organic visibility. Optimize website content, meta tags, and URLs to improve search engine rankings. Monitor and improve site performance, including page speed, mobile usability, and technical SEO. Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly articles, blogs, and other web content. Track and report on key metrics such as traffic, rankings, and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console. Performance Analysis and Reporting Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and opportunities. Prepare and present detailed performance reports for management. Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm updates to implement best practices. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience in managing successful Google Ads campaigns. Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz. Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager. Familiarity with WordPress and basic HTML/CSS for on-page SEO optimizations. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Experience 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing or similar role. Certification in Google Ads and/or SEO is a plus.
