We are looking for a skilled professional with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our team as an Assistant Manager Holidays in the Travel & Tourism industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in travel management and excellent leadership skills. Roles and Responsibility Manage and coordinate holiday packages for clients, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and customers. Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability. Job Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in travel management or a related field. Strong knowledge of the Travel & Tourism industry, particularly in holidays and package management. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
