We are looking for a passionate and experienced Holiday Consultant to join our Kochi team and deliver exceptional vacation planning services to our clients. Job Responsibilities: Understand client requirements and create tailor-made holiday packages for domestic and international destinations. Provide expert advice on travel destinations, itineraries, accommodations, and local attractions. Manage end-to-end bookings, including flights, hotels, transfers, and excursions. Maintain updated knowledge of travel trends, visa regulations, and promotional offers. Build and maintain relationships with clients by offering excellent customer service and follow-ups. Collaborate with vendors, tour operators, and internal teams for seamless execution of holiday plans. Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Upsell additional services such as travel insurance, luxury packages, and group tours. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 2-10 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry. Strong knowledge of domestic and international holiday packages. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple client queries and meet deadlines. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
