Make sure that all accidents related to station operations are investigated for the purpose of identifying root cause. Communicate and monitor implementation of effective rectification actions. Liaise with the external agency in consultation with NCRTC for hassle free station operations. Identify the improvement area and redressal of passenger complaints/grievance at station level. Promptly completing task as assigned by HOD Stations. Reports to Head of Station Operations Qualifications 8-10 Years of experience in O&M projects with 5 years of relevant experience.
