Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Actions: Lead investigations of product failures, defects, or non-conformance, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) as necessary. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with production, engineering, and R&D teams to ensure seamless quality integration across all stages of product development and manufacturing. Regulatory Affairs: Ensure all products are compliant with relevant regulatory requirements and standards in all operating markets. Required Qualifications: Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Instrumentation (BE or DME) Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred. Experience: Minimum 9-11 years of experience in quality management, with a strong background in valve automation, valves, actuators, and related industries. At least 5 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role within the Quality Assurance function. Certifications & Knowledge: In-depth understanding of certification processes related to ISO, PED, CE, EMS, OHSAS standards. Familiarity with industry-specific standards and best practices for valve automation and related products. Knowledge of the EIL approval process and experience with handling regulatory and compliance requirements for product certifications. Key Skills: Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
