Role & responsibilities Achieve the Sales Budget for Tools coating services in Pune region. Account maintenance of existing customers, upselling, and cross selling opportunities in existing customer of PVD/ PACVD /coating. Create new opportunities /prospects for gear cutting Shank tools coatings and reconditioning in Pune. Understanding customer application requirements and conducting field trials. Provide pre and post sales, technical support to customers, assist customer in feasibility evaluation and defining appropriate solutions and alternatives to fulfill customer needs. Submit quotations, Price Negotiations Record CRM data, customer visits, quotations, opportunity management, planning numbers Collaboration with CSC for sampling & follow up sampling and testing results. ensure proper information transfer to CSC while sampling & production for successful serial production. Provide and share all information about industries, customers, competitor & economic trends to Management. Communicate related marketing symposiums, exhibitions for components to Management for participation decisions. Continuously act as brand ambassador to promote and ensure company's branding and interests. Cooperate in all customers promotional events; collaborate in customer meetings, seminars, and exhibition. Understanding of Matrix reporting and executing smoothly with Sales and PL functions. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor of Engineering or diploma in Engineering Must have minimum 5 plus years' experience into manufacturing of Gear cutting tool. Experience in Application / Sales of Gear cutting tools (hobs and Shaper) or Shank tools (drills, End Mills etc.) will be added advantage. Candidate not having sales background are also preferred, if interested to build career into sales. Fluent in both written and spoken English and local language as needed Basic Engineering Knowledge, Materials, Heat treatment, Tool Geometry, Machining applications and process.
