Company Description H N V & Associates Chartered Accountants Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Articled Assistant, located in Noida, India. The Articled Assistant will be responsible for managing and handling various tasks related to auditing, financial reporting, taxation, and accounting. Day-to-day tasks will include preparing financial statements, conducting audits, filing tax returns, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, the Articled Assistant will assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, providing support during internal and external audits, and performing any other finance-related tasks as required. Qualifications Auditing and Financial Reporting skills Taxation and Compliance skills Accounting and Record Maintenance skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in financial software and MS Office applications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Familiarity with Indian financial regulations and standards is a plus
