Responsibilities include prioritizing engagement tasks, conducting tests, and communicating progress to clients and the team. Proactively interacting with clients, identifying improvement opportunities, and adhering to engagement schedules are essential. Building strong client relationships, understanding their operations, and promptly addressing client expectations or issues are vital for success in this role. Requirements for this position include a Masters degree in accounting or information technology, along with at least 1 year of experience in IT or SOC audit. Additional qualifications such as CISA or DISA are preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills, exceptional client service, and the ability to manage multiple engagements are necessary. Effective verbal, written, and presentation skills are also crucial. The working environment for this role is primarily in the office, with flexibility for remote work as needed. The expected hours of work are 40 hours per week during non-busy seasons and 50-55 hours per week during busy seasons.,
