Company Description Started in 1999, Hitesh Light Decoration (HLD) caters to diverse business needs such as exhibitions, trade shows, sports events, musical nights, government events, property décor, religious programmes, and other event management services. We provide all types of temporary electrification and HVAC services, including transmission and distribution, general lighting, decorative lighting, ceiling fans, air coolers, pedestal fans, mist fans, diesel generator sets, earthing solutions, and various air conditioning systems. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for an Electrical Supervisor. The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing temporary electrification and HVAC services for events, coordinating with the team, ensuring safety standards are met, managing electrical equipment, and troubleshooting any electrical issues that arise during events. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills and experience in managing teams Proficiency in Electrical Maintenance and maintaining electrical systems Thorough knowledge of Electricity and Electrical Engineering principles Experience with Electrical Equipment and troubleshooting Effective communication and organizational skills Ability to work on-site in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is preferred Prior experience in the event management industry is a plus
