Leverage threat intelligence and security data to develop hypotheses and conduct in-depth investigations into suspicious activities and anomalies. Collaborate with SOC analysts and incident responders to contain and mitigate threats uncovered during hunts. Develop and refine detection techniques, custom rules, and signatures to improve threat detection capabilities. Conduct root cause analysis and provide recommendations to prevent future incidents. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of threat actor tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) and integrate them into hunting strategies. Document findings, create comprehensive reports, and deliver presentations to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Contribute to the continuous improvement of threat hunting methodologies, tools, and playbooks.
