|| Process Associate - Retirement Services (Money-In & Money-Out) Bangalore | | Immediate Joiners || 18 month Experience || 2 Way Cab || 6.5Lpa ||

We are looking for a professional with experience in Retirement Services focused on Money-In & Money-Out (MIMO), Corrections, and Tax

Reporting to support U.S. retirement plan operations (401k, IRA, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Money-In & Money-Out transactions (contributions, withdrawals, loans, rollovers).
  • Need exp in Retirement Services / Defined Contribution Operations
  • Handle corrections, adjustments, and transactional reconciliations.
  • Support tax reporting activities (1099-R, 5498, 1042-S).
  • Ensure compliance with IRS/DOL/ERISA guidelines.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
  • Strong knowledge of taxability, penalties, RMD rules, hardships, QDRO, and ERISA guidelines
  • Understanding of retirement markets: 401(k), 403(b), 457, IRA, LOSAP, governmental/top-hat plans.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in Retirement Services, BPO, recordkeeping, brokerage, or plan administration.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. retirement plans and tax forms.
  • Excellent analytical & communication skills.
  • Exposure to BPO, recordkeeping, brokerage, or plan administration environments

*Immediate joiners preferred or who are already serving notice period are acceptable.*
