Role Overview:

Were looking for a Senior Art Director with a sharp eye for design, a strong grasp of brand storytelling, and the ability to lead integrated campaigns across digital, print, film, and social. Youll be expected to not just direct but also do from concept to execution while collaborating closely with copywriters, strategists, and account teams. This isn’t a role for someone who waits for briefs; it’s for someone who helps shape them.

Responsibilities:

• Lead visual ideation and execution for integrated campaigns – from social media to TVCs, print to packaging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (copy, strategy, digital, production) as an equal, not in silos.
• Build and mentor a team of junior designers and art directors.
• Present creative work to clients with clarity and confidence.
• Bring design innovation to brand thinking – not just making things look good, but making them work.
• Stay updated with design and visual culture trends to push the creative envelope.
• Drive consistency and excellence across all brand touchpoints.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4-6 years of experience in creative agencies
• A portfolio that showcases deep conceptual thinking and standout design across media.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills – you can inspire and you can listen.
• Ability to switch between high-level brand vision and hands-on execution.
