Relationship Manager Retail Advisory

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new retail clients with quality margins
• Advise clients on

  Equity, Derivatives, Mutual Funds, Bonds

  , and other approved capital market products
• Assess client financial goals, risk appetite, and investment horizon before recommending products
• Execute trades and manage portfolios as per advisory strategy and market conditions
• Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and provide market/performance updates
• Ensure strict adherence to

  SEBI regulations

  , internal policies, and suitability norms

Eligibility & Mandatory Criteria

• Experience:

  2-3 years in

  Retail Advisory / Broking / Securities Advisory

• Certifications:

  NISM Series V-A or VIII Mandatory

• Background:

  Pure

  Advisory/Broking profiles only

  (Banking profiles not accepted)

• Sales vs Advisory:

  Candidates must have advisory exposure (pure sales profiles to be avoided)

• Age Limit:

  Maximum

  35 years

  (for frontline advisory roles)

• Stability:

  Stable career track preferred; avoid frequent job changes or career gaps
