As a Field Recruitment Manager based in Noida, you will be responsible for leading and executing recruitment strategies across various field locations. Your primary focus will be on managing end-to-end hiring processes, establishing robust talent pipelines, and addressing regional hiring needs in alignment with the organization's objectives. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective field recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets, overseeing the complete recruitment lifecycle for field roles from sourcing to onboarding, collaborating with business heads and regional managers to comprehend hiring requirements, sourcing candidates through diverse channels such as job portals, referrals, and field drives, coordinating and conducting recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and walk-in drives, providing training and guidance to recruiters and field HR teams to ensure consistent hiring quality, monitoring recruitment metrics including TAT and offer-to-join ratio, and maintaining candidate databases while ensuring a positive candidate experience. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree with an MBA/PGDM in HR being preferred, along with a solid 5-8 years of recruitment experience, out of which at least 2-3 years should be specifically in field hiring.
