Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead a team of testers to design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans for REST APIs using Python.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and ensure that tests align with business objectives.
Develop and maintain automated tests using PyTest framework to improve testing efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Analyze defects reported by the team or customers, identify root causes, and implement fixes.

Job Requirements:

7-10 years of experience in software development with expertise in REST API testing using Python.
Strong understanding of PyTest framework for automating unit tests.
Experience working on large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders across different time zones (US & India).
Proven track record of leading teams effectively to achieve project goals.
