Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive the successful execution of the Project from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budgetary guidelines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved effectively.
• Implement robust monitoring systems to track progress, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high standards of safety and quality.
• Oversee project financials at the corporate level, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Ensure seamless Client Relationship Management (CRM) by maintaining strong communication channels with stakeholders and ensuring their requirements are met efficiently.
• Develop and implement strategies for optimizing financial performance and enhancing client satisfaction.

Candidate Profile:

• Educational Qualification:

  BE - Civil

• Experience:

   Minimum 20 years in the construction industry with a proven track record of handling large-scale real estate projects.

• Project Management Expertise:

  Must have substantial experience as a Project Manager in real estate, showcasing successful project delivery from inception to completion.

• Financial Acumen:

  Proficient understanding of Construction Finance is essential, including budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and reporting.

• Leadership & Communication:

  Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams, collaborate effectively, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
